By downloading, installing, or using MyPeps ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not Medical Advice

MyPeps is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is a personal tracking tool for informational purposes only. Pharmacokinetic estimates, decay curves, and activity calculations are approximate models — they do not reflect your individual physiology with clinical accuracy.

Do not use MyPeps as a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, modifying, or discontinuing any peptide protocol or supplement regimen.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter (doses, schedules, vial details).
• Any decisions you make based on information displayed in the app.
• Compliance with applicable laws regarding the substances you track.
• Backing up your data — the app stores data locally only, with no cloud backup.

Pharmacokinetic Estimates

The decay curves, "estimated active" values, and BMI-adjusted calculations shown in MyPeps are based on published pharmacokinetic literature and simplified one-compartment models. These estimates:

• Are not validated for clinical use.
• Do not account for individual variations in metabolism, organ function, drug interactions, or injection site.
• Should be treated as rough approximations, not precise measurements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MyPeps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the pharmacokinetic calculations will be accurate for your specific circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPeps and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or reliance on pharmacokinetic estimates.

Data and Privacy

Your use of MyPeps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on any server.

Intellectual Property

MyPeps, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of MyPeps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Subscriptions

MyPeps offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Free Trial: New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Plans: Weekly ($3.99/week) and Yearly ($34.99/year) plans are available. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
