MyPeps ("we", "our", "the app") is a peptide dose tracking app for iOS. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data MyPeps collects, how it's stored, and what we do (and don't do) with it.
MyPeps stores the following data locally on your device only:
All data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms (JSON files and UserDefaults). We do not operate servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure. Your data never leaves your device.
MyPeps does not sync data to any cloud service. If you delete the app or lose your device, your data cannot be recovered. We recommend using the Export function in Settings to back up your dose history.
MyPeps contains no analytics SDKs, no tracking pixels, no telemetry, and no advertising. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or behavioral metrics. We have zero visibility into how you use the app.
We do not share, sell, or transfer any of your data to third parties. There are no third-party SDKs embedded in the app.
If you choose to connect Apple Health, MyPeps requests read-only access to your height and weight data. This data is used exclusively to calculate your BMI, which slightly adjusts pharmacokinetic curve estimates. We never write data to Apple Health. HealthKit data is cached locally in UserDefaults and is never transmitted.
If you enable reminders, MyPeps schedules local notifications for dose times and vial expiry warnings. These are processed entirely on-device by iOS — no push notification servers are involved.
MyPeps is not intended for use by children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
